| About Our Business Off the Hook! Creations was established in 2003 from an idea we had to create high quality merchandise at reasonably low prices. If you want quality without the high prices, then this is the place for you! All the crocheted, knitted or leather products are handmade in the U.S.A. by us, where there is only one of everything; therefore, availability is limited, so hurry and buy today! To assure our customers that the highest quality is maintained, smoking is NOT allowed in our gallery, home or anywhere we are creating our merchandise. For your convenience, we accept Credit Card orders through Paypal. If you want to pick up the merchandise and avoid the shipping and handling fees, email first and a pick-up can arranged. Because we value your privacy, any information you provide DOES NOT go beyond us! Check out the Special Orders Sections to see what others have requested. Or, if you see an afghan, poncho, purse, scarf or any other handmade crocheted, knitted or leather item, but would like to see it in a different color, please feel free to send an email with your specific information. There is no extra charge to place a special order; however, please allow extra time to complete. Also, keep checking the Clearance sections as items are added regularly. Should you not be completely satisfied for any reason, simply return the item for a refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase; however, shipping charges and the handling fee which is paid to Paypal cannot be refunded.
